Bonal International Inc. Announces New President
June 22, 2023 – The board of directors of Bonal International, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has named Torsten Warnatsch as its new President and CEO for both Bonal International Inc., and its subsidiary, Bonal Technologies, Inc., effective June 26, 2023. Mr. Warnatsch brings a wealth of leadership experience to Bonal specializing in growing companies that have unique product offerings within the metalworking industry. Over the years, Mr. Warnatsch has developed strong relationships within many North American and European automotive and aerospace companies. These companies are always pushing the envelope of technological advancements and quality standards. Mr. Warnatsch views Bonal’s Meta-Lax stress relief technology as a natural solution to many challenges facing today’s metalworking industry.
He will succeed Thomas Hebel who is retiring in August 2023, from the role of President. Mr. Hebel will continue as Chairman of the board of directors of Bonal International, Inc. and in an advisory capacity.
